Governor John P. de Jongh, Jr. (Chairman)
Governor de Jongh has served as Governor of the U.S. Virgin Islands since January 1, 2007. During his tenure, he has championed early childhood education issues, established the Children and Families Council, and pushed for economic diversification of the four islands that comprise the US Virgin Islands. He has instituted a Government-wide Energy Demand Reduction Program to reduce the territory’s dependency on fossil fuels and has advanced the use of alternative and renewable energy sources in the territory.

Alfred Boschulte (Vice Chairman)
Mr. Boschulte has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most
recently as Chief Executive Officer of SkyOptix, Inc., an Optical Network
Management Company. He is currently the chairman of New Jersey-based Probe
Financial Associates.

Peter Schultz (Secretary)
Mr. Schultz co-invented the world's first practical glass optical fiber for telecommunications, now used worldwide. He was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame in 1993, and in 2000 received the National Medal of Technology from President Bill Clinton. He was elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering in 2001.

Certified both as a power quality professional (CPQ) and a public manager, he is experienced in alternative sources of generation and has established an impressive record of improving and sustaining system efficiency at several utilities on the mainland. |
 | Keith O’Neale, Jr. Keith O’Neale serves as secretary and treasurer of the Virgin Islands Economic Leadership Council, an organization dedicated to strengthening the U.S. Virgin Islands’ economy and advancing initiatives that benefit Virgin Islands businesses and employees. He is also the owner and president of O’Neale’s Transport, a local company that plays a vital role in the territory’s economy. |
