Mr. Kupfer has over 28 years in the oil industry and was previously President and Chief Operating Officer of Hovensa, LLC during which the company saw revenues in excess of 10 billion dollars. He has an engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Columbia Business School and has lived and worked on St. Croix for over fifteen years. |
