The Virgin Islands Next Generation Network (viNGN), Inc. is a public corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Virgin Islands Public Finance that provides wholesale reliable high speed internet connections at affordable prices and equal terms to all retail providers and public infrastructure stewards who will in turn provide service to residents, businesses, and the Government of the Virgin Islands.
